

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and expand the “Advanced” drop-down. Launch Chrome and click the menu button.When closed, Google Chrome won’t store local data if the option has not been enabled in the browser’s settings. Try a website now and see if the password problem has been taken care of. If a new version is available, it will be installed automatically. Once the page opens, you’ll see the version of Chrome you have and “Checking for Updates…” will be right above it.Click Help and select About Google Chrome from the context menu.
